then again, it still beats teaching. not that i dont love teaching, but after doing it for 3 years on every sunday, you learn to appreciate a break in the monotony. anyway. highlights from today.

aishah asked what on earth am i doing that im burned out. what im currently juggling:
- admin-ing at the florist
- orgainsing a camp for volunteers in dinsability sports in june (sounds interesting? ask for more details!)
- volunteering programme for a jc.
- disabled sailing workshop
- work skills project for home in pelangi village.
- preping for piano classes
- getting ready to go aussie

hahaha i feel tired just looking at the list.............

im getting old. :( i constantly have no energy to post, which is why there was a bit of radio silence. after talking to melissa today though (me: i havnt been posing, have i. her: YES), i feel the pressure and here i am again.

quick one though. i am seriously burned out. which is really silly of me considering i should get as much r&r as i can before i start school again.

as, promised! my day, in pictorial form.

funnily after i stop school, i start waking up really early. haha i am a morning person by accident.

not that i mind... being able to wake up early means being able to give other people morning calls! there is nothing i like better than calling people aat 7 in the morning. serious! it always goes somewhat like this:

*phone rings*

friend/boyfriend aka victim: *groggily* mmmhhff?

me: loud and cheery "GOOD MORNING! TIME TO GO TO SCHOOL!"

victim: *inarticulate groan*

me: WAKE UP WAKE UP WAKE UP!

what can i say. im a sadist. :P

so anyway. was up and taking bus to town by 8am, as you can see by my watch.

took the bus with this lovely lady, who was extremely pleased to see that she would be reaching school EARLY. look at her excitement.

granted its a bit scary. no one should look that excited going to school.

after sending her off to take her midterm paper i drop by someone's locker and unload things i bought/brought.

and then its sit-down-and-sort-through-my-organiser time! :) its fun. i love my organiser.

quick walk then to the social sci school in smu. pretty tree!

and its 10am and time for my meeting with my pelangi-partner-in-crime! as you can see i tend to colonise space with my numerous things. melissa believes in being minimalist. :)

looking...hungry, i think. someone was planning lunch while we were discussing our work skills programme! tsk tsk. haha.


At 12, Melissa went to have lunch with abi while i coincidentally reunited with the babe!

Oh, sinful but yummy food, how we adore thee.

After lunch, its a quick scoot off to work.
